I have experience in teaching skills such as effective listening and questioning, rapport building, courageous conversations, acknowledgment, feedback, optimism, resilience, healthy thinking and goal setting. My practice is founded on the theory and evidence provided by the field of Positive Psychology and this foundation supports clients to deepen and improve relationships, with self and others both personal and professional.My primary services are 1:1 professional personal, executive and workplace coaching. mentoring and small group training. My clients are a mix of individuals and public, private and Not for Profit organisations, training and development providers and coaches.I developed and facilitate a small group programme - The Science of Happiness - that teaches individuals an array of tools and techniques to explore and build upon their happiness, resilience and overall wellbeing.
