Consulted with a team of four for the UTC to research equity metrics, legislation surrounding energy, and energy equity considerations across the United States for the five investor-owned utilities (IOUs) in the state. Created three main deliverables for the UTC: (1) a spreadsheet containing metrics currently used by the IOUs as required by the Clean Energy Transition Act (CETA) and Multi-Year Rate Plan (MYRP), specific actions, and effectiveness ratings; (2) recommendations for our client based on the research we conducted; and (3) a list of questions for the UTC to ask during a stakeholder workshop that will be held in the summer of 2023.
