I've worked in different fields of industries gaining knowledge in various management styles and am currently in HR. I find that employers see someone who has more than one management type, more resourceful in terms of being able to manage on a broader scale as apose to being focused in one management style / place. I've worked in the UAE for over 2 years for the Emirates Group in the Hotel industry, I manned a group of 9 employees from different countries and backgrounds. I needed to make sure that guests that want to book hotels are assisted with the best customer service level, so manning that kind of diverse team was not only a challenge but an amazing learning experience.
