Anna has over fifteen years’ experience working in the corporate tax and personal tax sectors with privately owned companies, their business owners and high net worth individuals. Prior to joining PricewaterhouseCoopers Anna has worked for Grant Thornton and Deloitte where she has developed a broad range of experience. Anna is a Director of the Corporate Tax team in Sydney for PricewaterhouseCoopers. Anna provides tax consulting and compliance services to clients which span a wide range of industries.Anna’s background has been focused on providing accounting, taxation, corporate secretarial and business advisory services to large corporate and owner-managed businesses. She also provided “outsourced CFO” services to international clients and local clients needing support for either starting a business in Australia or for growth. She assisted employer businesses on the financial aspects of employing people, such as payroll, employment taxes and salary packaging. Anna also provided business advisory services including business plans, cash flow management, forecasting and business health checks. As well as advice on various aspects of corporate taxation, particularly corporate restructures, utilisation of tax losses and tax consolidations.Anna has a range of clients but with a particular focus on international business investing into or out of Australia, retail/apparel businesses and technology businesses.Anna manages an experienced team of people providing services to her clients. The team communicate regularly with their clients, providing ongoing business support and alerting clients to taxation issues as they arise.
