Develop partnerships with unique and luxury hotels across Italy, and actively market the product in the North America.

- Develop and maintain company's Operations strategy plan in line with CEO's vision- Assure the company runs within its budgeted framework; continually look for efficiencies to reduce costs, increase revenues- Research each departments' work flow and Project manage the necessary improvements derived from findings and strategic objectives- Make staffing advisements including allocations of duties, performance evaluations, rewards to high-achievers, and dismissal of non-performers; maintain documented records of staff performance and reviews- Train and motivate teams to upkeep morale and positively present the company brand to the client- Manage the continuity of refinements and team communication with regular staff and department meetings- Create and maintain manuals of various workflows, procedures and policies for company use- Work closely with the marketing department to ensure that any initiatives and programs are effective, profitable and properly budgeted- Regularly communicate with the CEO and President of the company on overall company performance, plans for improvements and changes, and budgetary allocations- Annual or bi-annual travel abroad to present to company's client base (hotels and travel suppliers), visit top partners for relationship building, and research other potential areas for brand expansion

- Administer membership contracts and invoicing for over 200 clients (hotels and travel suppliers) - Manage online rate tool, provide ongoing software training for clients and maintain training materials- Support IT department in the development, upgrades and testing of web tools for client & staff use- Oversee integration of rates, promotions, packages, and tours & transfers into reservations system and website- Supply Webmaster with continually updated information to maintain a current website- Train reservations and sales staff on new technology, product changes and updates on our client base- Assist in streamlining day-to-day activities for the Chief of Operations on a project basis- Maintain quality control measures and brand presence for member hotels by traveling for bi-yearly site inspections and relationship-building events- Work with Marketing Director to develop quarterly campaigns, marketing collateral and company-wide communications- Develop brand and company image through social media marketing channels and company blog

- Hire, schedule and train employees- Supervise and appoint tasks to 40 employees- Finance management and daily sales reports

- Register and welcome guests with all the necessary information about the hotel and the surrounding area- Compile and check daily record sheets and manage guest accounts - Translate marketing materials from Italian to/from English and Russian- Manage bar inventory and sales
