Product Manager for Yandex Realty (realty.yandex.ru) – marketplace for selling and lending real estate property.Responsible for professional audience: real estate agencies, individual real estate agents, property owners. Manage team of 10 people (developers, QA, designer).Achievements:• Initiated and led several product initiatives helped to increase by 80% number of available offers on service. • Re-launched personal area for professionals (web & mobile). As a result the rate of declined offers decreased by 20% for property owners. New professional tools helped to sell value-added services more effectively. Earnings on value-added services increased 1.5 times within 3 months.

Provided requirements for rewrite of one of key Deutsche Bank products for corporations: - Product: cash concentration (rule-based cash distribution between accounts). - Gathered market requirements for different regions, formed product requirements (user stories), facilitated development. - Introduced SCRUM, acted as Product Owner. - Improved communication with business users by introducing BDD practices. - Best speaker of Analyst Days 2016 (58 speakers from Russia and CIS).

Validated business ideas of new ventures for external customer (Life.SREDA).Tested various FinTech business ideas subject to investment, provided the customer with go/no go decision backed up by the data (approaches: customer development, lean startup).

- Initiated establishing of the Product Management function, was the first full-time Product Manager in company, actively participated in building full-scale Product Management department. - Managed five B2B products for banks (Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, e-Wallet, ATM, Self-service devices). - Led major improvements in one of the products resulted in 3 times customer base increase. - Improved product position in industry rating for Internet Banking (from 40th place in 2010 to 7th place in 2012).

- Customer Support activities based on ITIL methodologies. Started in 2006 as a support engineer responsible for resolving support incidents. By 2009 eventually became a team manager for one of the support teams (3-6 subordinates). - Delivery and professional services activities. Since 2007 participated in delivery projects as an engineer responsible for system integration and on-site implementation. In 2009 started to take project management role for these projects. Main projects: Internet Banking for Sberbank of Russia, Internet/Mobile Baking for Halyk bank, Kazakhstan. Typical team size: 8-12 members on OpenWay side, 5-15 members on the customer side.
