My team was responsible for the implementation and management of our core program, which serves over 500,000 Kenyan Farm Families.- Managed program operations, including acquiring and enrolling new clients, delivering farm inputs, and managing collections of our loan portfolio. In my time leading this team, I helped our program grow by 350,000 new beneficiaries and supported a loan portfolio of nearly $50 million.- Was responsible for all field-based emergency response and crisis management, coordinating between staff, local partners, security firms, and local and national government.- Created and implemented the One Acre Fund Kenya Gender Portfolio. This included developing gender-based programming based on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), writing and training sexual harassment policies and escalation protocols, and creating professional development opportunities for women to ensure an equitable work environment.- Led The Women’s Leadership Council, an empowerment program for women across Kenya where 300 participants meet for a bi-annual summit that includes training on women’s health, professional development, and networking.

As Field Staff People Operations Lead, I managed People Operations for a diverse, remote field team, ensuring all staff have a safe, equitable, and enjoyable work environment.
