My duties include:- Recording patient demographics to create charts- Scheduling patient appointments- Processing paperwork using scanners and manual key entry- Taking calls from patient's- Communicating with other doctors offices or insurance companies via fax or phone- Maintaining therapists schedules- Submitting and following up on insurance authorizations- Tracking inventory and placing orders for office supplies as needed- Completing quality assurance queues daily
