I have over nineteen years experience as a professional photographer in the newspaper, PR and corporate sector working as a freelancer for the past 13 years. I have an extensive portfolio covering press, pr, corporate and portrait photography and videography.I work regularly for clients such as The Times London, Gloucestershire NHS Foundation Trust, Gloucestershire Media, Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust, Cheltenham Festivals, Whole Foods Market, Barchester Housing, Airtanker, Sovereign Housing, Gloucester Cathedral, The Lakes by yoo, as well as local and national PR companies. In 2016 I joined the RAF Reserves as a photographer and videographer, so I'm really excited to start working on some interesting projects as well as undertaking media training. In 2014 and 2013 I spent more than six months with an NGO team in Costa Rica and Nicaragua in Central America and also in Tanzania, East Africa working with Raleigh International, a sustainable development charity working with young people. My role was as a photographer and volunteer manager for the young people taking part in sustainable WASH projects and expeditions.I enjoy giving myself challenges and to push myself out of my comfort zone. In 2010 I completed a gruelling 2,000km motorbike challenge riding across India on a Royal Enfield Bullet having only just passed my bike test. And in 2008 I travelled with 1st Battalion The Rifles on their training exercises in Belize, Central America for ten days.My skills lie in working with others, working daily to tight deadlines, thinking on my feet, empathy and an interest in the story behind an image.
