    Moving to the global team from a geography and working on yet another World Cup, this time Russia (2018), working on a true O2O consumer experience, launching jersey shops, key services as well as implementing new strategies for new Football footwear walls that was implemented around the globe.• Delivered category storytelling and strategies that fueled omni-channel consumer experiences in the Nike Direct stores specific to innovation storytelling moments as well as key sporting moments.• Built a long term retail brand strategic plan that began 6 months before the tournament and sustained with new innovations and footwear walls thereafter with learnings and action plan leading up to the Women's World Cup in 2019.• Collaborated with digital brand to deliver the One Football NCX focused on a holistic experience for the consumer, led by product, service and environment.• Connected digital experiences around Player Direct (athlete assortments) and Jersey Shop (customization) came to life in stores with true O2O in mind.• Elevated services like customization, were scaled for all door formats as well as trialing/try-on in order to meet various sized stores across the globe.• Worked on and delivered a Football Wall toolkit for the globe for Nike Direct stores and partnered with EMEA team while they applied and delivered same strategies for multi brand partners.• Strong x-functional collaboration from other functions in order to meet retail specific needs and ensuring an ongoing feedback loop.• Refined and edited global tools to power geographies where it mattered most in their specific markets.
