I have experience and extensive knowledge in trauma informed practice to support individuals affected by crime. I successfully manage a team of staff and volunteers to ensure our team provides the highest level of support to individuals affected by crime. I am responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our team, including managing resources and providing ongoing training and support to our staff and volunteers. Also, I continuously work with external partnerships to establish strong relationships; in order to collaborate support for victims of crime.
