About Annamaria Bliven, Ffac, Dba

Growing up in Warwick, New York, I got to see what the true meaning of community was. As I grew older, I always felt this need to help out whenever I could. This intense desire to serve led me to join the United States Army and build a career that enables others to find the right job for them.I served a total of 26 years in the Armed Forces, and I spent 15 of those years in roles that allowed me to better the lives of my fellow soldiers. As a Human Resources Director and Education Services Specialist, I revitalized the current programs and procedures. This led to higher rates of service member retention, and it felt amazing knowing I was helping them prepare for life beyond the service. I left the service in 2008 after achieving the rank of Master Sergeant. Since then, I have applied my business mindset and servant’s heart to start seven non-profits, earn four degrees and two certifications in my field. In addition, I have written nine books, hosted two podcasts and founded two companies that I lead as CEO: Prosperity Pathways LLC and Onward and Upward Inc. My passion in life is coaching people to find, apply, and retain the best job for them possible. Through my work in poverty-stricken areas and seeing my fellow soldiers struggle to find work after leaving the service, I have created a formula that enables my clients to find their pathway to prosperity. Prosperity Pathways LLC and Onward and Upward Inc. aim to give anyone struggling to make a living the tools to do so. With this access, they work online as remote employees earning income needed to get back on their feet step-by-step. We have a 6-month vocational rehabilitation program that provides computer access to work online, mentoring, supervision, health food and beverages (while they work), and monthly classes teaching business interpersonal communication, conflict negotiation, money/budget management, time management, stress management, and networking. After 6 months, the program participants graduate from our program, taking their computer home with them, and continue working for their online employer. We also teach where on the internet they can work anytime and supplement their income.Starting in 2021, we are piloting Homeward Bound 1-2-3, a three-step program that leads to having their own residence, independently and sustainably financially set for life.
