I've worked in the BPO industry for almost fifteen years and handled inbound, outbound and backoffice work for International Accounts. I have gained experience in multitasking, communicate with positive attitude, enthusiasm and treat each customers with compassion. I gained experience in sales where we assist customers in configuring their computer purchase based on their needs and budget. I also handled financial account assigned in dispute process, check account transactions, balance and online access. I also have background in supporting email configuration, DNS set up, Active Directory Cloud Based User Management.I had an opportunity to be promoted as Interim Program Coordinator, responsible in motivating agents to enjoy work life balance ethics and achieve the target goal. Became Community Expert, responsible in monitoring agent's performance by providing feedback, generate daily, weekly and monthly reports and creating action plans for the progress of each agents.With these knowledge and experience I will be able to perform at my best to every tasks that will be assigned to me that may contribute to the company positively.
