In my role as a CU Manager I coach a team of 30 highly skilled multidisciplinary professionals. The team consist of Creative Directors, Graphical designers, UX designers, Copywriters, SoMe producers, filmmakers, Data analysts to Frontend developers.In my work I´m also part of the Management team in Gothenburg. Brightstep is one of the e-commerce market leaders in the Swedish region regarding both e-commerce platforms and consulting. In my role as an e-commerce consultant I have carried out pre studys, usabilitytests, conversion rate analyses. I have taken an active part in selling, both to new customers and existing customers.

Janyary 1 2009 Wipcore Consulting changes name to Brightstep, and becomes an independent consulting company specialized in e-commerce. Our business goal is to help large and middle-sized customers increase their sales revenue by means of e-commerce. Wipcore continues to develop their e-commerce platform eNova.

Solberg is a communications consultancy who mainly works with larger companies in Sweden.My role as a Business Area Manager - Web, included management team work, reporting to the CEO, sell and personnel responsibility, resource planning, project management, training in EPiServer and Solbergs CMS.
