The Cranlana Centre for Ethical Leadership is an independent, not-for-profit organisation dedicated to developing the ethical decision-making skills of Australia’s leaders.

WEstjustice is a community organisation that provides free legal help to people in the Western suburbs of Melbourne. WEstjustice believes in a just and fair society where the law and its processes don’t discriminate against people, and where those in need have ready and easy access to legal education, information, advice, casework services, systemic advocacy and reform. WEstjustice helps with a broad range of everyday legal problems including consumer disputes, credit and debt, family law and family violence, fines, motor vehicle accidents, tenancy, youth criminal law and more. We also provide free community legal education, undertake law reform activities and work in partnership with our local communities to deliver innovative projects that build legal capacity and improve access to justice.

The 50-50 Foundation is an ACNC registered charity that aims to transform the Australian fundraising landscape. We provide cost efficient fundraising solutions to enable charities to focus on delivering better outcomes for their causes. By leveraging technology platforms and corporate partnerships, the 50-50 Foundation operates raffles and charitable lotteries that raise funds for charitable causes. Since our establishment in 2012 the 50-50 Foundation has operated hundreds of charity raffles and raised significant funds for a wide range of charities and sports foundations. We are governed by a pro-bono board and do not profit from fundraising.

Part-time role providing specialist legal advice and practical guidance to Tabcorp's Whistleblower Committee and Board Audit Committee on the operation of the Corporations Act's whistleblower regime and Tabcorp's policy and framework, including driving awareness engagement across the business, whistleblower case management and delivery of training to directors, senior management and operational team members.

Reporting directly to the Group General Counsel, I am the Group's principal advisor on employment, organisational ethics, whistleblowing, labour hire, company policies, individual behaviours and complex misconduct and investigations. I am a senior people leader, member of the People & Culture Leadership Team and Legal, Regulatory and Governance Leadership Team, and play lead roles on the Group's Policies and Whistleblower Committees. From October 2018 to March 2019 I was co-acting Group General Counsel.
