Manager/Section Lead of the Washington Covid-19 Contact Tracing Partnership (WA-CCTP). Part of the go-live team that successfully stood up a 600-person pandemic public health response. Through a partnership of Mathematica, Allegis/Aerotek, and Comagine, we serve the State of Washington and its citizens to reduce the spread of COVID-19. I led high-performing, remote teams of Supervisors and Case Investigators/Contact Trackers who reached out to individuals who tested positive for COVID-19 or had been exposed to someone who had tested positive. With comprehensive and effective case investigations, contract tracing, education, supports and guidance, we successfully interrupted the ongoing transmission of COVID-19 and fought to bring the pandemic under control. *Skilled user of multiple systems for data collection, workflow, and quality control including CRM, CREST/Portal/WA Notify/SARA public health platforms, Twilio telephony systems, MS Teams workforce collaboration, FORMS surveys, and SIMPLIFY payroll management. *Lead with compassion and integrity, cultivating a work culture of purpose and joy. Honored to have been an integral part of the start-up of the Massachusetts COVID-19 Community Tracing Collaborative (CTC). The earliest and most ambitious Contact Tracing program in the country, it was designed to not just flatten the curve, but bend the curve downward to reduce the number of COVID-19 cases. Supervised a large team of Case Investigators, Contact Tracers and Care Resource Coordinators who reach out to positive COVID-19 cases and their contacts to help them safely isolate and quarantine and stop the spread of COVID-19. I coordinated CTC efforts with selected Local Boards of Health. Established and maintained crucial relationships with representatives from multiple municipalities across the commonwealth, including working on clusters and outbreaks. The CTC is a collaboration of Partners In Health (the Boston-based global health and social justice non-profit with more than 30 years of experience in global health), the MA COVID-19 Command Center and the MA Department of Public Health.
