Working together with funeral professionals, Passages creates opportunities for people to experience Green or Greener burial options including scattering, water burial and earth burial. Its woven caskets and hand-crafted urns are elegantly finished and create memorable 'end-of-life' celebrations for families.

Managed a for-profit entity of a non-profit organization. This entity provided co-op buyers group for the organization's members, offering negotiated discounts to the businesses and sales commission to the department. The revenue was used to offset, and keep minimal, costs for members to participate in activities and events offered by the organization. While managing and coaching two in-house sales consultants, I researched, interviewed, and contracted with new suppliers to expand the offerings of the buyers group. My responsibilities included writing and creating product promotions for these suppliers. The promotions were put in our association magazine, website and designated faxes. I worked with other department heads to implement strategies set forth by the Board of Directors and participated in meetings with the BOD to strategize and disucuss the mission/vision of the organization.
