My role at Nucleus was focused around providing support in the implementation of corporate training and development programmes aligned with the business vision, values and goals. Responsible for all training logistics, building and maintaining good working relationships with the Global HR team and key stakeholders and liasing with external vendors.Key responsibilities:- Training needs analysis and promoting L&D and training activities- Advising internal stakeholders on L&D best practice as well as providing guidance around the LMS system and processes- Creating the L&D department policy for EU and the Global Learning Agreement- Key project team member for LMS system – involved with the testing, validation and implementation of Halogen software globally- Updating training records and collating and analysing training data- HR Induction – redesigning and rolling out a 3-part induction process in Europe.
