Henrys Diner is located in Piscataway at Rutgers University and has been serving gourmet food and beverages to local students, faculty, staff, and families for 4 years. I monitor and manage student staff of 8 or more, which includes delegating various tasks to the staff and monitoring the progress of said tasks. As a Student Manager I have gained the ability to work with various computer systems, build rapport with customers, communicate with my staff and manage my time.

Maplewood Health Department is located in Maplewood, NJ and provides health inspection services, nursing services, and health education and promotion to businesses and residents of the township. While employed at the health department I conduced a rodent infestation project to identify rates and risk factors rodent infestation and develop prevention methods. The project involved inspections of neighborhoods, health education distribution to residents, and data analysis. Along with the project I conducted several restaurant inspections and assisted the Public Health Nurse in various clinics and outreach programs.
