I was responsible for a team of staff and a member of the HR management team. • Acted as an independent consultant to client groups to help them identify their development needs and design appropriate interventions and solutions.• Undertook an in-depth evaluation study of the organisation’s Management & Leadership Development Programme, which demonstrated benefits at individual, team and organisational levels and showed a 200% Return on Investment.• Provided 1:1 coaching and support to both managers and employees.• Managed the rollout of a new performance management system.• Re-designed and delivered Corporate Induction Programme, to include a small group Q&A discussion with the CEO. This resulted in excellent feedback from new employees. • Introduced new evaluation process up to Kirkpatrick level 4 to improve evaluation of L&D interventions, and provided data on a bi-annual basis to the Executive Directors. This enabled better informed, planned and successful development interventions.• Designed and implemented the Annual Learning Calendar, involving learning needs analysis for 900 employees and resulting in over 50 courses being made available internally to employees through the MHRA Learning Academy.• Designed and delivered a range of corporate training programmes, including Appraisals and Performance Management, First Steps for New Managers, Train the Trainer, Recruitment & Selection, Managing and Developing Staff, Presentation Skills, Successful 1:1 Meetings. -
