After more than two years of professional work in the finance field, I decided to change the industry and enter the IT world. I believe that it was the best professional decision I made. After 5 years of working as a support specialist, I have gained a lot of experience not only in supporting the end-users but also immersed myself in the work of BAs, QAs, and developers.My daily tasks include supporting end users, testing various scenarios that cause errors in the application, reporting them or enhancements to the development team, as well as modifying scripts and testing them in the tests application environment.My varied daily duties have allowed me to understand the entire process of the application functioning. By far the biggest challenge last year was to participate in implementing the new version of the application which is totally different from the old one.
