The Next Door exists to empower women for lifetime recovery. Their missions is to provide a continuum of evidence-based substance abuse and mental health services for women in an environment of faith and healing to restore hope and a lifetime of recovery.• Managed employment program for women in addiction recovery, consulting weekly with Program Director, counselors, and case managers regarding clients’ employment status and job performance as part of overall addiction recovery plan and mental health care.• Created and oversaw individual job search plans by creating resumes; serving as a professional reference; leading weekly job skills training courses; and counseling clients on job-related matters such as interview skills, professional boundaries between co-workers and supervisors, and how to handle workplace conflict.
