In my current role, I engage with clients located in the UK and Ireland, encompassing both the private and public sectors. My primary responsibility is to provide support for their go-to-market strategy and ensure the effective alignment of our Deep Sales solution with their strategic objectives.

During my time in this role I managed LinkedIn's enterprise and mid-market Irish clients. As part of the Talent Solutions team, I partnered with them on their talent attraction, acquisition, development and retention strategies.

I moved to LinkedIn London to work with our UK Public Sector clients. As well as managing our existing government, security and Defence Force clients, I consulted new business customers within my territory.

As a Senior Relationship Manager at LinkedIn Talent Solutions I worked with a range of Mid-Market corporate customers based in the UK and Ireland. Aside from my core role, I was involved in a number of internal projects at LinkedIn including Talent Brand Club which aims to accelerate new business and existing SMB and Mid-Market customers' employer branding efforts. I also supported talent development for LinkedIn by interviewing for new hires, participating in our onboarding programme and coaching sales professionals.

In July 2018 I moved from LinkedIn Talent Solution's New Business team to work with an existing client base as a Relationship Manager. In my first year in this role I managed over 100 clients coming from a broad spectrum of industries across the UK and Ireland.

As an Account Executive working in LinkedIn Talent Solutions, I partnered with new business customers in the UK and Ireland who were interested in attracting talent to their organisations and positioning their employer brand in the most competitive and effective way. Many of the companies I had the pleasure of working with in this role were start-up organisations and SMB companies which make up for 99% of the UK and Irish market.

As a Consultant at Brightwater Recruitment in Dublin, I performed a 360 role recruiting for Legal & Taxation professionals from Trainee to Senior Manager level on behalf of clients from corporate, financial services and practice industries.
