Following the launch of KTN, formed of 14 previous companies, I was responsible for the implementation of policies and processes, and regularly updating these when necessary. I managed the roll-out of the new company systems, and maintain an overview as it is developed to fit the needs of a growing company. I introduced and manage the new starter induction.

• In addition to my role as Logistics Manager, I covered the role of Operations Manager. Some additional duties included:
• Attended Management meetings and distributed information to team as necessary
• Provided strategic data as required to the Executive team
• Updated internal documents and processes to make them more effective

• Managed all internal and external consultants ensuring every client is provided with the best consultant for their particular requirements.
• Managed budgets and made cost savings: for example, saving over £8,000 Q4 2009 on travel
• Managed a number of external stakeholders including travel agents, event organisers and IT providers
• Managed diaries and commitments for consultants all over the world
• Implemented new computer system to integrate all previous systems, to improve resource usage and costs

Provided support to the Sales Manager as well as chasing leads to try to convert these into sales opportunities. Was responsible for managing the day to day running of the Vodafone account.
