In a nutshell, I produce videos and campaigns from concept to delivery in Full Sail University's in-house creative agency.More specifically, I write, direct, and co-lead strategic initiatives. I develop creative briefs that communicate and then guide the creative process. I lead creative brainstorming sessions across departments. I create workflow efficiencies and templates that make my team's lives simpler.I'm proud to mentor, collaborate with, and learn from many talented creatives and project managers. We get to tell incredible stories, create branded video content, and communicate valuable information to prospective and current students, alumni, and others in the Full Sail ecosystem. Our video work is forward-facing through our social channels and paid advertising.

In a nutshell, I capture people's stories on video and craft them into learning moments that connect to our students. I also get to preserve exciting moments of really smart kids who are learning about technology and entertainment at Full Sail Labs and turn them into videos that invite other kids to do the same.

I managed a small team of content creators to produce of all media created for The Los Angeles Film School online programs. I designed and developed processes and workflows to streamline production from both the client perspective and internal operations.I maintained a high standard of media quality and provided input on best practices when building an online course, providing guidance to each client along the way.

I oversaw the production capabilities of a team of 12 people. Internally, I reviewed and critiqued all of the work that was created. I trained new employees. I managed the progress of the content. I created new processes and solutions to improve project organization, tracking and team cohesion. I developed plans and ideas during pre-production with my team and assisted wherever I was needed throughout the production and post processes. Externally, I met with instructors and developed video concepts with them. I met with them again to convey our ideas and then translated their vision back to the team for video creation.

I developed educational videos from concept to completion. This included developing the 2D and 3D graphics, animating motion graphics, setting up and shooting interviews and broll, and editing videos to completion.
