Within this role I collaborated with external vendors to ensure seamless operations and consistent standards. Established and documented standard operating procedures for five distinct roles: Reception, Parts Administrator, Branding, and Service Advisor. Created innovative digital solutions for repetitive daily tasks, to ensure company wide productivity. Played a key role in the redesign of the company website.

At this small pre-revenue startup I contributed to projects by asset creation, rebranding, and website redevelopment. Additional working on investor pitch-related projects for attend international events allowed me present strong company wide branding. By identifying areas of customer confusion and leading a project to reduce this issue, in addition to hiring and managing a Brock University Co-Op Student, I was able to show my project management and leadership abilities.

At Best Athletes, I am focusing on executing a social media strategy, building digital marketing assets, assisting events team, developing an online virtual summit for coaches and athletes, and the production and creation of a video series.

Lead weekly labs provided mentorship and support for over 30 students over the virtual learning environment, graded and provided extensive feedback for individuals. Within my role, I was nominated for Ryerson TA/GA Award.

At Spirit Athletics, I worked on increasing customer engagement with our brand through managing various social media accounts, developing social media calendars, measuring results of social media campaigns and paid promotions, and the creation of high-quality content.

While working for Brock University I performed a variety of tasks which included: building relationships with alumni through engaging conversations, ensuring said alumni's personal information is up to date and solicited donations for Brock University.

Within my time at Duliban I completed daily audits to ensure company-wide quality, entered new businesses on partnering insurance companies portals, and mentored incoming employees and assisted with one-on-one training to provide knowledge and ensure accuracy.

Through operating AnnaMadeCA I was able to utilized social media to expand my market to whom I created unique and personalized merchandise. I was required to source materials through suppliers while balancing quality and cost and determine pricing based on profit goals.
