In my time working at Teddy Bear, I have been able to wear many different hats. My primary role was supervising the retail store in the front register department. My everyday tasks include aiding in the collection of accounts receivable, processing online store sales, inventory management, and store cleanliness and reorganization. Beginning in 2017 I was able to aid in the development of pricing strategies, sale promotions and purchasing for the retail store. Over the past 2 years, my duties at Teddy Bear Pools has expanded even further. In my current role, I am typically the shift supervisor in my department thus having the responsibility of addressing customer concerns as necessary while overseeing the front register staff. In 2019 I became a Key Holder and was given purchasing power for the Retail Store- Floats/Toys/Accessories. Additionally, I manage the company's Instagram profile and create its advertising content that is also shared with the company's Facebook page.
