In charge of recruitment, scheduling, and running participants. Lead research assistant in laboratory management including: data management, participant tracking and filing, lab maintenance, purchasing, and storing. Lead laboratory trainer, including scheduling and leading training workshops for peer undergraduate and graduate students, creating and updating training procedures and lesson plans, and served as a lead liaison between students and professors. In addition I gained a certificate to work with human participants, experience with entering and analyzing data with SPSS, Prism, and Excel, and gained an understanding of how to use testing machinery (Cold pressor and Micro + CO2 inhaler). Skills include ability to: manage a laboratory consisting of both undergraduate and graduate students, answer and screen a large volume of calls, manage and create online calendar for both staff and participants, create, schedule, and lead training workshops, and keep a professional relationship with both peers and professors.

Responsibilities included: entering and troubleshooting data and coding, modify measures with social workers, filing and organizing demographic participant binders, and to be current with literature on genetic influences to Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Skills include: exposure to working with different computer systems, entering and coding data that will be published, working with a large variety of psychology specialists, and experience working with confidential documents.
