I manage the email and push channels for Amazon.it by liaising with the Tech Team in order to expand automation, by defining and running test in order to create new automated programs. When tests prove successful, I supervise the final development and deployment. I also create manual ad hoc communications in order to support major events. I report on the channel performance on a weekly and quarterly basis. I support the Marketing managers community by providing insights on channel performance, customer behavior and targeting suggestions and coordinating their work in order to minimize the manual work, favoring automation. I act also as a BI manager for ITES, by providing ad hoc analysis or reporting.

More in detail, using COBOL, VB, SQL and PLSQL I analyzed and coded the web based application for the Forecasting and Budgeting.Finally, using Crystal Report, we developed the financial statement for the above mentioned area of the company.
