Freelance Associate Producer for CNNI. Duties: Editing video and audio for international broadcast news programming using Adobe Premiere software, transferring videos for live production, assisting producer and writers with editorial elements

As a News Assistant for CNN, I was responsible for running the teleprompter for live broadcasts as well asper-recorded segments or interviews. I also worked in studios and assisted with live programming by printing scripts, micing talent and guests as well as assisting the anchors.

• Linear video and audio editing for award-winning live newscast, such as local and destination coverage on both the 2016 winner and runner-up of Fox’s American Idol (both Mississippi natives) using edit software, EDIUS• Operating Teleprompter during live news segments supporting on-air talent.• Write, edit, quickly turn around copy, and update news scripts and show rundowns using Electronic News Production System or ENPS• Update live News Ticker feeds for newscasts including local headlines and river levels• Assisted reporters in the field by setting up live shots, taking pictures for web content, and feeding video back to the station.

I was a beauty consultant at Sephora inside JCPenny. In this role, I learned the key principles of product knowledge and familiarity, skin care and cosmetic application through various video modules. Duties include: Stocking merchandise, cashier, general cleaning duties (i.e sweeping, dusting) assisting customers in finding what they need and want, makeup application tutorials, full and partial makeup applications

I managed all social media sites and created a website using Squarespace. I was in charge of posting to promote events, capture the attention of the student body, and bring awareness to the overall function of one of the largest student organizations on the campus of the University of Southern Mississippi.

I hosted a 1 hour live community radio show. I would interview three different segments that included politicians, local bands, and comedians to name a few.
