Executive Search Recruiter with a specific focus on Management to Executive level positions in Human Resources, including generalist, benefits, compensation, HRIS, talent acquisition, learning, organizational development and talent management roles.

•Supervise team of 4+ staffing consultants, 3+ onsite managers, and support staff •Recruit, interview, onboard, hire, train, and coach recruiting and support team•Partner with franchise owner to set annual sales goals, budget, and metrics•Prepare and lead weekly and quarterly staff meetings focused on reviewing sales data, metrics, and ongoing education•Meet with HR leaders, executives, business owners, and hiring managers to set timeline, forecast needs, and determine staffing strategy•Develop, implement, and track ROI of client specific and team recruiting plans to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified applicants; use CareerBuilder, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook and networking groups to recruit•Conduct facility tours to ensure safe working conditions and production requirements•Manage Workers’ Compensation; submit and investigate claims and work with adjuster to ensure speedy closure; facilitate light duty•Participate in unemployment hearings, present judge with necessary information to protest claims•Responsible for compliance with all EEO, FLSA, ADA, and other Federal and State employment laws•Assist, educate, and train clients on HR employment law compliance•Ensure I-9 and new hire paperwork compliance; conduct monthly audits and provide training•Connect with clients in person and over the phone to explore opportunities for business development and ensure service and quality standards•Prepare and present quarterly business service reviews for top clients, evaluating turnover, days to fill, exit interviews, and other staffing metrics•Present onsite staffing solutions; implement and transition clients to onsite staffing clients•Perform sales calls on prospects to generate business; prepare pricing proposals
