I am a Senior Product Manager for Concerto, IHG's innovative cloud-based platform that seamlessly integrates core hotel applications into one intuitive experience for our colleagues. My role involves shaping the product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering seamless experiences that save time, empower data-driven decisions, and enhance efficiency for hotel colleagues.

As a Senior Product Owner for Concerto, I played an important role in connecting business priorities with development execution. I carefully broke down feature requirements into user stories and managed workflows to ensure we hit our deadlines. My communication with senior leadership was instrumental in tackling feature growth, knocking down blockers, and addressing concerns.My commitment to product quality extended to overseeing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and implementing thorough smoke testing protocols. I wrote comprehensive Knowledge Base articles, strengthening Product Support's resources. Additionally, I led bi-weekly sprint demos, ensuring stakeholders were well-informed and engaged.I took ownership of maintaining and prioritizing the backlog, consistently delivering valuable enhancements. My proactive approach in identifying and swiftly resolving bugs significantly enhanced product performance. As I began my career at IHG, I served as an Executive Assistant, providing administrative support to multiple senior executives across the years. In this role, I honed my organizational skills, managed complex calendars, facilitated efficient communication, and ensured the smooth operation of day-to-day tasks. This experience laid a strong foundation for my professional growth and love for hospitality.
