The historic inn has four guest rooms, three of which are suites. Two suites have private balconies that overlook the skyline of downtown Oklahoma City. All rooms have private bathrooms and are tastefully decorated with comfortable family antiques. Homemade cookies, fruit, and sodas are always available in the breakfast room.

Assisted Customers with high-end lawn furniture, fireplace items, and outdoor ornamentation. Helped maintain inventory, ordering,shipping, delivery, product knowledge and sales with bonus awarded.

Created business plan, negotiated lease, remodeled/decorated, purchased kitchen equipment and restaurant furnishings, created menu items, advertising, marketing, staffing, events planning, and operations of full service restaurant. Restaurant closed after 18 months due to its hidden location and my desire to open the Bed and Breakfast.

Performed all functions of management of El Chico restaurants in the Oklahoma City Metropolitan area. Trained other managers and staff, hired, inventory, profit/loss statements, and computerized business operations. Managed seven years at the May Ave. and Britton Rd. location where sales increased by 20 percent. Helped convert El Chico systems from cashier systems to server check out systems.

Managed a variety of themed restaurants including the opening of the Pepperoni Grille
