Scope EMEA region (Spain, Italy, Belgium, Germany, UK, Sweden and UAE) - Management of new additions, terminations, modifications, reorganization - Payroll and benefits management - Coordination and execution of international projects (Salary review, Bonuses and Performance Evaluations) - Design and implementation of company policies - Admin process optimization, reporting software improvement. - Managers and employees support in company processes - Promoting an inclusive and collaborative culture

- Manage new hires, terminations, and changes through the external payroll provider.- Database feed (Success Factors) and T&A software management (VisualTime).- Payroll process through an external provider: solve and manage payroll incidences and the variable pay.- Coordinate the recruitment processes.- Training plan and calendar, training sessions. (Bonificación Tripartita).- Coordinate training and basic information on Health&Safety, medical checks and safety awareness campaigns in the plant. - Coordinate the application of the disciplinary regime (sanctions) together with the external legal service / internal mediation of conflicts.- Coordinate the temporary workers planification. - Provide day-to-day HR support to all employees.- Coordinate the complaints of the Workers Council with the management. Negotiations of shifts, bonus, categories.- Improvement projects (European or Spanish): company values, policies, cultural change, internal communication, events.- To work with the Plant Managers to implement HR solutions to daily issues.

- Control of the legality and viability of the contractual requirements in Spain, Italy, France and Greece.- Coordinate and monitor contracts, changes between countries and other operational requirements.- Provide day-to-day HR support across the different countries for crew members (Spain, Italy, France and Greece).- Improvement of the interdepartmental processes between HR and Operations Department (creation of new processes and policies).- Manage Crew variable pay/upgrades for Payroll and data collection (AIMS).

- Manage new hires documentation and update new data through Success Factors.- Elaboration of the contract documentation for Spanish and Italian employees and internship agreements.- Collaboration in the SSFF's implementation. Creation of the maintenance protocol to keep the information reliable.- Control and check the Spanish and Italian payroll (variables, final settlements…). Communications to the official institutions (Social Security, SEPE, Tax Administration) through the external payroll provider.

- Personnel management: staff’s schedule, training management for new employees- Creation of the day by day procedures and policies.- Coordination of the opening of a new store.
