- Manage new hires, terminations, and changes through the external payroll provider.- Database feed (Success Factors) and T&A software management (VisualTime).- Payroll process through an external provider: solve and manage payroll incidences and the variable pay.- Coordinate the recruitment processes.- Training plan and calendar, training sessions. (Bonificación Tripartita).- Coordinate training and basic information on Health&Safety, medical checks and safety awareness campaigns in the plant. - Coordinate the application of the disciplinary regime (sanctions) together with the external legal service / internal mediation of conflicts.- Coordinate the temporary workers planification. - Provide day-to-day HR support to all employees.- Coordinate the complaints of the Workers Council with the management. Negotiations of shifts, bonus, categories.- Improvement projects (European or Spanish): company values, policies, cultural change, internal communication, events.- To work with the Plant Managers to implement HR solutions to daily issues.
