Initially hired to provide asthma care to underserved communities. In response to the COVID pandemic, shifted focus to offer standard required vaccinations at schools throughout Atlanta. Cross-trained with more than 80 hours in Hughes Spalding’s specialty clinics, including sickle cell, asthma, endocrinology, neurology and autism. Transitioned to Back Office Nurse in Hughes Spalding’s Primary Care Clinic in January 2022. Hand-selected to serve as the primary interface with parents, providing guidance with their child’s health concerns and pharmaceutical needs. Collaborate with physicians and other members of the office staff to address patient needs, schedule appointments and resolve escalated issues.
