I have more than two decades of experience as an Occupational Psychologist, with expertise encompassing assessment development and delivery, recruitment and selection, career guidance, talent development, and psychoeducation. I have assisted entrepreneurs and corporate clients worldwide – from the UK and US to countries as diverse as Finland, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, and Japan – in creating assessment tools to evaluate cognitive abilities, personality traits, motivations, interests, skills, and competencies. Since 2017, I have been serving as a Test Reviewer for the British Psychological Society.
