The end result of my work is getting things done. It comprises both people like me and peers like you who are working toward a similar outcome. I have learned it the hard way to master it through practice, discovery, and perseverance. The process of learning through observation and collaboration with peers, mentors, and leaders who have supported me on my personal and professional journey has helped me arrive at this discovery.
