As part of this role I gathered the requirements, developed, system tested and implemented a suite of salary sacrifice payroll elements and a report that showed the cost savings for both the employees and employers. This allowed the client to keep up to date with new legislation and demonstrate the benefits of salary sacrifice schemes.Technical Team Leader for a large high street retailer, supporting a number of time critical applications both on IBM mainframe and client server platforms. We transitioned support of the applications off-shore, this was the first major off-shored project for Capgemini at the time and I managed the day to day cross training of the off-shore staff.
