I have been in the travel industry for over 20 years, working in corporate travel, leisure online travel agency and airlines. I have experience managing global teams across many locations, and have built strong client and supplier relationships through my various roles. I have been recognised for my work ethic and talent at 3 different organisations I have worked at.I am skilled in people management, account and relationship management, global operations, project management and analysis. I have successfully shown this across multiple facets of the travel industry in various global locations.At the end of the day the most important thing is the delivering to the client - without the client, there is no business. I make it my goal every day to deliver the unexpected to clients and to my team.I am lucky enough to live in Sydney, Australia at the moment and have previously spent time living in London in the travel industry as well. Like most people I am always juggling many balls, calls and activities with the intention of still enjoying life. This involves spending time with family and friends, and getting to the beach whenever possible. Life is what you make it, so make it amazing!
