• Responsible for all related financial controlling activities for 6 entities in the Central Asia region from Singapore (2), Korea (1) , Hongkong (1) and Thailand (2).• EBIT driven and result monitoring against monthly forecast• Involved in period close activities and ensuring relevant adjustments made for EBIT reporting• Responsible in monthly Balance Sheet Reviews in Blackline• Business analysis and internal control reviews• Responsible and ensuring all reporting requirements by Group are submitted timely. This includes quarterly foreign currency exposure forecast (TRMP), Balance Sheet Review (BSR), Lease and Capitalisation review (WD6 Deliverables), Cash forecast from Treasury• Responsible for the quarterly submission of GST and Withholding tax in IRAS portal for Singapore entity• Responsible for the yearly audit of the 6 entities and preparation of the consolidation of 1 of the Singapore entity• Liase closely with other functions from Shared Services (GBS),Supply Chain, Planning, HR, Tax and parties from business that include Finance Business Partners and Territory Managers.• Currently involved in the FY2025 Budgeting exercise• Currently involved in the Tax Migration Project and working closely with various functions including legal, HR, Tax to be implemented in June 2024• Was involved in the go live of the Payroll transition project in January 2024 to transition the payroll system from one outsourced vendor to another, worked with project owner and conducted UAT to ensure the payroll of employees are computed and booked correctly prior to go live.

• Responsible for managing the intercompany Transfer Pricing between Global Hub, Latin America and EMEA regions• This includes quarterly/yearly rollover of transfer prices• Responsible for the computation of current and new transfer prices by request.• Responsible in monthly transfer price review by region and country by product to ensure arm's length transaction and to manage any potential risk.• Review of monthly profitability of related companies• Responsible for quarterly and yearly True Up calculations and involved in yearly audit of accounts• Engaged actively with stakeholders in reviews and margin analysis of products• Liase closely with Supply Chain teams which includes Supply Planning, Sourcing & Procurement, Logistics and Costing teams on standard cost maintenance, freight cost and transfer price maintenance in Ariba/SAP systems.• Actively involved in engaging with regional Finance Business Partners and Procurement team in resolving transfer prices and order related issues to ensure smooth operations of the business transactions• Was involved in assisting in the setting up of the transfer price process for the Dubai Trading Hub to go live in end 2023.• Led the implementation of the automation of the Freight Recharges project in OIPL in July 2022, and was involved in the end to end process from initial process planning to UAT, implementation and post go live support.

- Responsible for analysis of supply chain related results for Malaysia & Singapore- month end closing activities- calculation, maintenance of quarterly transfer pricing and analysis- Business Partnering and liasing with relevant stakeholder and countries to get relevant information and resolve transfer price related queries raised by countries.- Preparation of monthly SLOB and provisions- monitor and recommend ways to reduce business waste
