Working with Dr Abdul-Rasheed Amidu on a summer research project focusing on knowledge sharing behaviours of valuers in New Zealand.I have:- Conducted literature research on knowledge sharing behaviours and motivations- Completed a literature review on theories behind knowledge sharing, its determinants and barriers, as well as its relationship to work quality- Constructed a conceptual model of inter-organisational knowledge sharing behaviours consisting of proposed hypotheses- Developed an online questionnaire to test out the hypotheses- Partially completed the methodology section of the study

This internship is part of our INFOSYS 310 - Business Project paper, where students team up to solve a real-life problem for a New Zealand company. We worked with Vector New Zealand on modernising their electricity price setting process. We also proudly came first in this paper.I have- Created a detailed process map of the price setting process- Carried out an in-depth investigation to identify the problem and proposed a solution to reduce time and manual effort on deriving prices- Produced a documentation including pricing formulas and price constraints- Gained experience from working in an agile environment involving different stakeholders
