- Achieving or exceeding implant sales goals in an assigned territory through the effective selling and marketing of company products to potential and existing customers within the framework of organizational policies and directives- Increase implant product sales 2009 – 14% growth2010 – 4% growth2011 – 13% growth2012 – 16% growth- Manage an over 1 million dollar territory - Analyse and assess customer process, portfolio and territory. Plan sales activity based on defined sales process to ensure that territory meets or exceeds assigned monthly and/or annual sales goals- Identify and maintain regular contact with prospective customers- Follow-up business once customer has purchased Straumann products- Develop and maintain relationships with key influential thought leaders. -Coordination and execution of all regional CE programs: venue selection and set-up, hotel negotiations and contract sign-off, catering, AV, brochure creation/mass mailings, email notifications, adequate staffing, registration, accreditation materials, evaluation forms and follow-up-Responsible for speaker arrangements such as accommodation, flights, transportation-Key liaison for all speakers and keeps them informed of new information-Handles coordination of all program material-Track regions CE budget-Coordinate CE functions within SAP and CRM such as billing, order/tracking of materials-Update system for ADACERP registration information-Ensure Straumann courses comply with ADACERP standards and all CE regulatory standards-Processing of cheque and visa requisitions-Manage website with course information-Research and source dental product supplies for CE courses-Training and support of CRM and Mobile Sales CRM for entire Canadian organization
