I am a bartender at First Draft Grayslake, where I coordinate large-scale events, train new employees, and provide excellent customer service. I have developed skills in hospitality, customer relationship management, and bartending, which I enjoy applying in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.I graduated with a BS in Parks, Recreation and Sport from the University of Missouri-Columbia, with a focus on Sport Management and a minor in Sport Journalism. I completed over 450 hours of volunteer work, including being part of the NCAA Tournament held in Kansas City. I also interned at Margaritaville Lake Resort, where I learned how to personalize service and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. I am passionate about working with people, sport, or sales, and I am determined to pursue a career that challenges me and allows me to contribute to a team's success.
