I enable people to unlock their potential so they can grow their careers. At the organization level, I create, manage, and drive talent development strategies and activate these through leadership development, talent planning, performance management and organizational change adaptation. I look for signals and trends in talent development & learning, leveraging employee feedback and leadership experiences to craft real time strategies that work. Focusing on activating team cultures, I seek to create empowered leaders who generate positive workplace environments where their team members can have their best work experiences. Additionally, I prioritize the provision of relevant skills that matter through deploying assessments, coaching, individual and team learning. I believe that when employees are learning, they stay challenged and engaged. Away from work, I serve as a mentor-in-residence to Idea Ink, an organization committed to creating clarity and awareness by transforming complex ideas into engaging visuals using multiple modalities. I volunteer for Reading Roots, a non-profit social services group that helps young children from low-income families become effective English Language readers. I consider myself a bibliophile and can be found having the best time of my life at bookstores wherever I live and travel.
