I am passionate about empowering leaders, fostering inclusion, and advocating for the role of values and culture in technology and business. I serve as a senior technology advisor, ambassador, and council member for various non-profit and public diplomacy initiatives that support the Catalan language and culture, as well as the economic and social development of Catalonia.I am an advisor for the past 2 Finance Ministers of the Catalan Government, a mentor at the San Jose Tech Museum for the past 5 years in the programs for Young Women at The Tech, and Tech for Global Good. I am a Catalan Diplomat representing the Technology department, and I was made ambassador for my hometown of Olot in Catalunya. I have presided numerous studies via Economic Circles, Keynoted for the European Union on topics around information technology, diversity, innovation, and global growth expansion. I have received numerous awards since 2014, the first one being from NetApp as employee of the year. The most recent one was awarded in Nov 2023 by FIDEM for my technical innovation trajectory around the world. My work has been published @ Forbes, Fortune, and I am asked to teach classes at the Haas Institute at UC Berkeley, Linguistics Programs at Stanford University, I gave the Inaugural Class in 2021 for 80K students at my alma Matter Universitat de Barcelona.
