The department that I managed was called Content Management and our main responsibility was to analyse, plan and follow up the creation of relevant support content, i.e. support information for all devices in different channels such as inbox, on-line, in-device and for our contact centres all over the world. We were also responsible for our support portfolio and to drive and lead the development and improvement of innovative user support and content creation.

The UI Customization team worked with UI Design for our key operator customers, such as Vodafone, T-Mobile, AT&T, Orange, China Unicom etc. We were responsible for the overall user experience and the customization of our UI on all platforms for the key operator customers. My main task was to lead the team and their work with the customization of our UI. Another important part of my tasks included creating clarity on our customers’ UI requirement, expectations and needs, also continuously develop processes and standards that added value and helped us to exceed our customers’ expectations.
