My core expertise lies in determining and substantiating the value of innovative health technologies. I help pharmaceutical companies develop evidence generation, pricing, access, and lifecycle management strategies for products in all stages of development, and conduct commercial opportunity due diligence for licensing deals. Working closely with key pharma and external stakeholders, I ensure that R&D, evidence generation and commercial plans are aligned with the value expectations of global health technology assessment (HTA) bodies, public payers, patients, and the clinical community. Importantly, beyond achieving successful commercialisation of pharmaceuticals, I hope that at the end of the day, my work contributes to improving the lives of patients around the globe.
