My experience ranges from tech and development to design and communication which gives me a broad perspective and understanding. I am closely familiar with both web design and requirements for development, users experience as well as some app development. The biggest focus has been on delivering e-commerce solutions for both B2C and B2B and I have worked a lot with product discovery. During my career I have developed a skill for and I take pride in communicating both with developers and designers as well as the business side and getting them to understand each other. Most projects has been across several countries and has required co-operation and communication, not only between the business side and the developers but also with stakeholders throughout the markets. I have a passion for creating a good user experience and getting the customer to feel that technology never stands in the way of the tasks at hand. Technology should enable and simplify. I have acted as project manager and product owner in agile development projects since 2011.I am social, outgoing, creative, and I am highly engaged in everything I do. I see the value in planning for long term purposes but value quality and speed in the present as well. I am the person that engages others and encourages. To me people matter so I try to see everyone for who they are. I am not afraid to speak my mind and question if things are being done the best and most efficient way. At the same time I value others opinions and ideas since I believe that the joint perspectives of a group generates the best results.
