- Certified Project Manager PRINCE2 @ Foundation, - 4 years experience in project management, - 7 years of experience in process management, - Experience in project implementation process changes throughout the company, - Knowledge of reporting and monitoring of projects; - Knowledge of risk management standards, - Experience in the recovery process outsourcing (PKO BP, TP SA) - High communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to present complex processes and changes, - Motivate and support team in order to achieve its objectives and the level of efficiency, - Experience as a project manager in non-profit organizations, - Ability to think analytically and solve problems; - Positive attitude and the desire to continuously improve the organization, - Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Visio, Project.
