I work as a researcher and focus on research and development of the process Blend Re:wind, where polyester and cotton is separated. The process is a key step in recycling of polyester and cotton mixed textiles, which is the worlds most common material. I am the technical project manager and my role involves researching the background, developing new methods, planning and performing experiments and evaluating data.

I am working within the "Mistra Future Fashion" project at Forest Products and Chemical Engineering at Chalmers (www.mistrafuturefashion.com). My work will focus on characterization and purification of recycled cotton and evaluation of its suitability as raw material for production of regenerated cellulose fibers.

As a part of the GC and HPLC-group at Chemical analysis I prepared and analysed samples from a variety of processes.

An investigation of the pH effect on deposition caused by colloidal wood resin. Studied with gas chromatography and flow cytometry. Supervisors: Ron Lai and Daniel Persson.

Part-time employment by the Communications and Marketing Unit of Chalmers as project manager of student ambassadors.
